Darlington Public School is an inner city school servicing the suburbs of Chippendale, Darlington, Redfern and Waterloo. It has a three unit Preschool and is equipped with a school bus collecting children in our local drawing area.
Our aim is to provide a safe, happy and caring environment to ensure students,
staff and the community have access to a variety of learning experiences
enabling them to reach their full potential.
We encourage them to have a positive self image and a belief in their own
potential; develop a love of learning through the Information Skills Process
using problem solving, communications and decision making; and develop and
display attitudes of respect and empathy.
We are supported in our goals by the diverse nature of our community and the
many different aspirations the parents have for their children.
